Great Hall
The Great Hall, the largest of our dining facilities, is an elegant and formal, licensed ballroom that can accommodate anywhere from 100 to 430 of your special guests. Available year round, its unique decor creates the perfect ambience for any style reception or celebration. And yes... there's plenty of space for dancing! The Great Hall is AV equipped.
Green Leaf Cafe
Green Leaf Cafe is available year round, and provides a cozy, intimate setting for gatherings of up to 60 guests. Always maintaining a dignified yet welcoming ambience, this location is perfect for stand-up receptions or small dinner parties. Green Leaf Cafe Website.
The Garden
The Garden, also available year round and equipped with a large projection screen, is the ideal location for any corporate event of up to 70 guests. With its hardwood floors, bright and cheery atmosphere and large striking chandeliers, this location compliments almost any type of function.
International & Graduate Affairs Building
The International & Graduate Affairs Building (IGAB) has a reception capacity of 200 people, offering a versatile space for gatherings. Equipped with modern amenities, the venue features a podium with HDMI and VGA connections, accommodating displays up to 90 inches in size. Whether hosting conferences, presentations, or social gatherings, this facility provides a dynamic and accommodating environment for diverse occasions.
Thames Hall
The Jeff and Shelly Parr Family Atrium is a large open and airy space featuring a live organic green wall, natural light and dark ceramic hardwood style floors. The space is equipped with moveable tables and chairs with seating to 175, podium, A/V and large digital screen. This room is very versatile, suitable for any style of catering, lunches, dinners, receptions, as well as tradeshow or poster board presentation space.
Physics & Astronomy Atrium
The Upper Atrium in the Physics & Astronomy Building hosts receptions for up to 155 people, while the Lower Atrium accommodates 134 people and is versatile for receptions and banquets, providing adaptable settings for different event formats.
